there must be a problem with the unit somehow...under the advanced config it should be as simple as setting your master to laptop soundcard and headhoneds to MTP...........hold on. you just said you mailed hercules? are you using an mixtrack pro or a hercules?
 
why are you setting your advanced config up to run via a hercules RMX when you posted saying you are using a Mixtrack Pro. if your ucing a hercules RMX then why say your Mixtrack Pro headphones wont work.

i think you need to first give us a clear view of what your using. im trying to help you with a Mixtrack pro setup and your posting things that show your using an RMX.

come on guy, help us out here..
 
It really wouldn't matter, their both setup basically the same way, master 1/2 headphones 3/4........

No, you are correct Huey, the only way I was able to get it to work was, as a one card setup or in advance using ASIO driver, turning on Audio Mode ASIO from the control panel first, but I would have to remove the ASIO drivers from my master soundcard in config in order for the Rmx headphone to work, and that's not happening....

I also tried the Rmx in "WDM" mode and it don't work eithere, but my Mk2 works just fine.......go figure...
