Can you run any! verson of VDJ with IDJ3?

No, only the latest legitimate purchased version of the full VirtualDJ Pro or VirtualDJ LE (Limited Edition) that was included with the IDJ3 (If it came with VirtualDJ LE) will work.

Hi, I've been having a problem with my iDJ3 the software it came with. It didn't want to work at all kept saying there was a skin error and so i download version 6 and it worked for a bit and know is saying protection 8 can you please help me and another thing do i need to buy a sound card cause the headphones don't work at all...

You have most likely downloaded an illegal version of the software. The iDJ3 comes with VirtualDJ v7 LE. It also possible that the version you download won't work with the iDJ3 due to being too old. If you like VirtualDJ, please support the software and its future development by purchasing it at a discount: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - Or use your legitimate LE version, which you can download again from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

To resolve the skin error and/or protection error with your legitimate LE version, please contact support: http://www.virtualdj.com/contact/index.html

I bought mine about 3 months ago and if i play the music on my macbooks speakers, it works. but when i hook it to the cd/mp3 input on my line 6 amp, nothing plays. the output wire is a dynex rca to 3.5 mm one i got at bestbuy. Help?

I purchased and IDJ3 and I've been using it and it has been working well for a couple of months now. I wanted to buy the newest version (I have Virtual DJ LE) so i tried the 20 day demo. The 20 days expire and when i try to open my Virtual DJ LE, it says "skin error". Please help me with that if you can. Also, where is the serial number on the IDJ3 because i reset my laptop and re-installed Virtual DJ and it tells me to input my serial number which I lost. Where do I find my serial number most importantly?

can anyone help me out on my issue?? i have this problem that i bought an idj3 like last month and i have been trying to look for a software i download virtual dj and i cant use it on my controller (idj3) can anyone please help me thank you :)

I have over 15k songs in Itunes file. How do I get my Numark Cue to recognize all the files?

I just bought my IDJ3 yesterday. I got everything connected correctly to my mac. However, I can't hear sound thru the headphone. I also set the audio : none/ headphones/ 2 cards but it seems doesnt work still. Help please....

Goto Application->Utilities->Audio Midi Setup and see if the IDJ3 is detected as 2 sound cards with 2 ch each or a single one with 4ch.
If that is detected as a 4ch sound card, change the Config of VirtualDJ to
Inputs None / Outputs Headphones/Sound card 4out ..Numark IDJ3

If its detected as 2 sound cards, maybe you will have to create an aggregate device in order both sound cards to be used, and then have 4out- ..aggregate device in Sound setup.

how come when i record a songs on my ipod and play them back they skip. How do i prevent this problems is there a button that i did to have on or off

i installed my idj3 software with other softwares and now im having problems with my audio it makes weird sounds and sometimes the sound is just to ugly what can i do?

Can you please define weird and ugly sounds ? Can you record and upload a sample or make a video with your sound issues ?
What other MIDI devices have you connected to the USB besides the IDJ3 ? Have you installed any MIDI driver software ? If yes uninstall it and try again.
