I have a question about the TTM57 when using the mixer if possible with VDJ-6. As an owner I have bin successful using the mixer, as a soundcard with other Dj software, that is the only thing that I have not yet have any problems with. But on the other hand I have had some Issues when asking for help on the SL forum on this matter. Please bear with me on this one.


I asked to open the mixer up to be able to use the dam thing as I like, with time code of choosing, and software. And I was given the around the block answer. Now here I am and so far I like what I halved seen. So my? Is this, halved anyone tried the VDJ-6 software with a midi like Korg Nano Pad and the Nano Control, side by side with the ttm57?

I can use the mixer setup described with Tractor but Tractor has not yet implanted Video yet. So I am willing to give VDJ a shot.

And for the people looking for info on the ttm57, or purchasing hold off and wait to see if Rane will decide to open the mixer with full function capabilities. Don’t get me wrong this is one of the best out there now, but the most expensive sound card for what this mixer is capable of doing. With that said the SSL PEPOLE came to this conclusion, many people that will read this will say, another on happy customer. just my two cent
 
i use the ttm57 sometimes with vdj 6 and a akai mpd24. works perfect. next few weeks i will test it with some other controllers like stantons scs.1d or eks otus.

City ... thanks for the words of encouragement ... I plan on being out of the net for a bit ... at the time of that post (a week ago) things were rough after a long week.... keep up the mix in N. VA for me (you still in D.C. right?) ... maybe I will get up there soon ... working the Miss VA pagent this week ... so yeah .. some time off .. and away ... cheers :)

Yeah... Still doing it in the D.M.V. (D.C. Maryland N. VA) I'm mostly in D.C. right now but still do the occasional clubs in Va.

Can you assign the TTM57 mixer (crossfader) to crossfade video on VDJ 6.0.3?

My set-up would be...

1 x TTM57 mixer
2 x Denon 3700 players
1 x laptop with licensed VDJ 6.0.3

I currently use the Denon HC-4500 and a Denon mixer. Workd great!
 
I believe the TTM57SL controls are locked to Serato...
 
I GOT MY 57SL TO WORK WITH VD7, IT WORKS GREAT, ITS A LITTLE LIMITED BUT WORKS NICELY....

would you please explain how before i spend some hard earned money... I am really tired of using the box..... I would like to directly connect to the 57sl (or better) and do my scratches... I'm more pressed to buy scratch live.... i stilll love VDJ....
