I'm trying flaskmpeg, but I am having a heck of a time getting the settings right. The output file is always much bigger than the original .vob file and sometimes much worse quality. I can't use the neodivx program because it's in french....
I guess I'll just keep trying....

Thanks a lot, I just figured that out a little while ago. I'm still working with tweaking the settings right, but it's working a lot better.
