Topic: Audio stutter
Random stutter in audio. Just drops for an instant and then comes back. CPU isn't even registering when it happens. It's happening during automux now. It was less often and now it's just bad.

Win 11, asus laptop i7 12th gen 12700h. 16gb DDR5, tons of room on my main drive ssd and all music is on another internal ssd.

Flx10 controller all updated drivers and firmware

This only started happening after updating to 2026

I've changed out the type c cord, tried line B in the controller, tried different type c port, updated all drivers and windows. Killed everything I can in the background. The laptop is used just for dj'ing. I'm at a loss. Support ticket already put in, figured I'd ask here too.

Are you using Stems? If so, are you using the GPU for them?

I have been getting this too. Gaming laptop and the task manager is saying i am hardly touching it. Happens about 4 hours into a gig. I7 processor, 32gb ram, 8gb graphics card. I should be able to run NASA on this thing but just do not know where to turn. First time since i bought VDJ i have had a problem. Bought VDJ 7 on disc so i have an infinity licence. Have you had any joy?

I've been having a similar issue for about the last week. Randomly, all the visuals will freeze up, the music continues to play, the screen goes black for about 2 seconds, then everything returns to normal. Sometimes, it happens over and over. Others, there's an obvious hiccup and the recording stops but the music keeps playing. Very frustrating. This issue sort of killed my weekend mixing plans. I'm trying to update all drivers and such, but damn. Never had this issue before until recently.
