Hello guys I'm having problems adjusting this crossfader for my ddj400. I'm new with this software and need some help. I'm trying to get the best sound out of it and I don't understand what I'm doing.

custom crossfaders boil down to 3 values, this is an example for a straight crossfade
0=[1,0]/0.5=[0.5,0.5]/1=[0,1]
first number ZERO,
any number before a = is the physical crossfader position, zero means fully left, the whole crossfader spans from 0.0 to 1.0, so 1.0 is fully right
Number inside brackets,
before the , is how much of the left hand deck it lets thru, again 0.0 to 1.0, 1 being full sound
after the , is the strength of the right hand deck.
take it in, crossfader full left means full strength left and nothing from right
/ mark, Separates the previous datum point from the next one
0.5 crossfader at half, decks also set to half,
Last bit you get the picture, full right
you don't have to be linear with it, get weird, try stuff, it's just 3 numbers
0=[1,0]/0.02=[1,1]/0.04=[1,0]/0.06=[1,1]/0.08=[1,0]/0.5=[0.7,0.7]/0=[1,0]/0.92=[0,1]/0.94=[1,1]/0.96=[0,1]/0.98=[1,1]/1=[0,1]
0=[1,0]/0.5=[0.5,0.5]/1=[0,1]

thanks for responding but I still don't get it. I think I understand better if I watch a video on this one. I will keep trying to figure it out though.
