I really need help I have tried for hours and failed. I have a pioneer sr2, and the latest virtual dj, when I connect only one slider works. If the left works the right will not work and if the right works the left doesn't.

What is the Audio setup you have applied ? Can you post a screenshot of the AUDIO tab of VirtualDJ Settings ?
From what i see in your Account stats you tried to apply Master at chans 3,4 which is the Headphones channel. Please follow the setup as per the manual .. https://virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/ddjsr2/setup.html
