Sampler Pads mode is SHIFT+BEATLOOP on your XDJ-XZ https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/xdjxz/layout/pads.html

Then you can load/create/edit any Sampler Bank https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/interface/browser/sideview/sampler.html
