I upgraded virtual dj 2021 .. now my cross fader to my Roland dj202 is not working .. it works white the mouse .. everything else is wiorkin thru the controller except the fader

You see the crossfader also moving on screen when u move from DJ202 ?
If you use a 4 Decks skin, check the Crossfader Assign buttons https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/interface/mixer/audio.html#4deck Nr.13
Also check if Crossfader is disabled (Settings->OPTIONS , search for CrossfaderDisable and set to No
