Just purchased the pioneer ddj-sr2. I got sound coming out the main and volume works on main. I press play on the controller and it doesn’t work. What is the issue? Potential incorrect set up or software issue?

Redid everything and now VDJ says no sound card

I have followed the trouble shooting through virtual DJ and Pioneer and still I am not able to control the software from the controller.
