Topic: sampler pad 3 won't work

hello

i have vdj 2021. and sampler pad 3 won't work.
When i play it on the sideview it works.
Pad 3 works on every other pad page just not on the sampler page.
i have no controller, just the laptop or pc (problem with both)

Can anybody help me please?

try default skin
 
open the editor, reset the padpage

how do i do this?
I have replaced the sample to another pad en there it works.
En if i put a different samples on pad 3 it does nothing
