Today the option to broadcast to a shoutcast/icecast server is limited to the pro license, even for home users' license.
I will be good if you will allow the free home license to use this feature if the server IP is "private IP" address, one that cannot be active on the internet.
This will verify the feature is not used by a pro and will align with your home free license spirit. I need it to stream MP3 files to a local shoutcast server, which is contacted to by a local hardware internet radio device.

Might change in future...
For now you can still do private/home broadcasts though, VirtualDJ has a built-in "radio server" where your friends can connect and listen to you.
