Hi peeps
my set up is as follows: pioneer ddj-rr + 2 monitors
within virtual dj everything works fine. but when i am for example watching a youtube video or anything else there is no sound. im sure its just a click at the audio settings but somehow i couldnt find the right option.
please help :)

Coud it perhaps be the "Exclusive Access" option set to yes?

I would strongly advise not to use the sound card of the DDJ-RR as the default playback device of your Operating system and prefer the built-in sound card of your computer instead.
If you then need to pass the sound of a Windows app (e.g. your Internet Browser to play Youtube through your controller), connect the Audio Output of your computer with a LINE Input of the DDJ-RR (using a proper cable) and follow instructions as described in the INPUTS Chapter http://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/ddjrr/inputs.html
