No problems at all, but I use 4 decks video. What happens if you use 4 deck?

No problems here. You say you have reverted to the default skin and have no issues. Have you tried any other skins to see if you can replicate the issue?

If yes to the above,

Try reverting VDJ8 back to factory then re-download and install a fresh copy of Controller? It could something as simple as a bad zip file of bad skin install.

Haven't tried 4 deck. I have no reason to use it. I'd prefer to just get the 2 deck working. lol.
 


Well, I haven't really messed around with too many skins. I've seen (On the boards) issues with different skins causing....well...."Issues". lol. "Controller" caught my eye due to several things and I gave it a shot. I have a full weekend (andd Week) of gigs coming up, but will try to re-install "Controller" after that. (Don't like to make any changes "Under the Hood" before events.) I'll just stick with default for now. Thanks for the input all!!

I wonder if this might be related to the issue I had a while back*, when I discovered that the 2 deck skins should actually have been set to 4 decks in the XML.

If I remember correctly, the MC-6000 needs a 4 deck skin - so if the code for nbdecks in the XML is set to 2, either delete that statement or change it to nbdecks="4" and see if that solves things.

I remember Denny said, that he wanted to put as little functionality into the skin as possible.
Meaning, most controller mappings already have an unload option. And the Skin is developed for controller use.
So, no need for the skin to handle that.

Aww...I was hoping for overlapping wave forms. Will that be in the next release?
 
Hi, Sorry if this is a duplicate. I thought this was posted. Will the ONINIT command (left from previous versions) cause the program to crash?

With the next Update comes overlap Wave on the TopWave variation.

Nope. But I can't think of a good reason to leave it set to duplicate what the skin now does as a selectable option.
 
Was wondering if you had any plans for overlapping waveforms on this great skin?

This very good skin gives a problem with the latest build. I always have a grey box.
 
Me too that guay box is very annoying
