Can I map a jogwheel with Generic Mapping? I am trying to map a with touchwheel command but I have no chance. I am sure that I am trying to map the right midi signal as I am not touching the jog from above.

You can't map (properly) a jog with SIMPLE MIDI.
Assuming that you are trying to map a new device that's not natively supported already there's a good chance the jog sends multiple different values when you rotate it. (Especially if this is a Pioneer unit)
