Dayne - you should be using the ASIO driver. That's why Pioneer provide it! You won't get decent performance unless you do.

I'm not sure why you think using ASIO will not use the CDJ soundcard. It's actually the opposite. The ASIO driver is provided by Pioneer specifically for the CDJs. ASIO drivers are always specifically for the product they come with.

Let's see how it goes now, shall we? LOL

 

in the latest Asio driver there is another setting as well as bit depth, can't remember what it is now as not at my PC, but until you supply screenshots of your virtualdj sound setup and Pioneer Asio setup it is hard to help you any further. I for one to be fair am now thinking that you are using a cracked version, if so that is probably why you are getting these issues (be nice for you to prove me wrong though!)
