and what about the outputs level compared to a CD player for example ?

Not sure that I understand your question fully Clax. Please elaborate.

He is talking about the sound level that is coming out of the soundcard, because with some soundcards, the level of the output is way under the level of a normal CD player.

Ah. Well I would say that the output level is consistent with the Xtigy, or other mid-level sound cards. I would rate the output level to that of a line-in CD player. Again, this is not a high-end card, but it has excellent reviews and for those of us that do not want to spend $500 on an m audio (or equivalent) it works great. Actually I am waiting for Behringer to release the Deejay BCD2000. Anyhow, the Aurilium has pretty good features (comes with Sound Agent 2), including various surround sound options as well as a 10 band graphic equalizer. It is also USB 2.0 so the latency is not too bad.
