I can't wait for the android app!! HUUUURRRRYYYY!!!! :)
 
Funnily enough I've written a basic skin engine for it tonight.

Still a work in progress though, its been a low priority for me.
 
wasnt ther a android app early in the year???
 
There are a few out there, most aren't terribly good at the moment though IMHO.
 
It will be great to stick my tablet on my mic stand and control VD on stage...can't wait for the android app!

I have a Galaxy 10.1 tab that is itching for a VDJ app. :)
 
I've just got a 10.1 too... Loving it, but would love it better if I had VDj support :-)

the current Ipad vdj app doesn't have search. Yet....
 
I can't implement everything - for example waveforms are a no go. I'm sure I tested a search function though ;)
 
You guys with tablets already have vdj support..............just go download splashtop and boom, your using vdj on a tablet. I've been using my xoom since last year like that. The only thing I can't do is play videos cause there's a direct x conflict with the tablet. Still running a few test there but audio is a breeze......

Personally because a remote desktop solution is not a great solution for me. In fact I don't like it at all - my screen resolution is huge compared to my tablet and my skin has almost no actual controls on it.

I'd offer some compiling help but my knowledge of java is limited.
 
I'm not big fan of Splash Top either. I'm sure it will work for some people, but not so much for me. It's cool though.
 
An app for samsung galaxy s tab 10.1 is baaaaaaaadly needed! Just bought and vdj is my top prio. Cant live without it! Help!

Thanx man, if you manage to succeed in this... you are an awesome dude. Other Dj software on android sucks badly... BADLY
 
Ok... so? Do I still need to download Splashtop Remote on my ICS phone?
