You will need to use VirtualDJ to browse to the folder where the songs are located, then select the appropriate files by holding down CTRL and clicking on them, or SHIFT and clicking on the first and then last file.
Right-click on the selection and choose Batch -> Reload tag
where i have it highlighted is where im required to go into each folder...where my attempt is - is located on the main folder and update..but theres no way..but i will request that as a option.

Another interesting tag anomaly is when I RC on file and open "File Info" the "comments" tag area has either
(a) a single box with an arrow pointing up or
(b) 2 boxes ie one pointing up and another pointing to the right. Any expalnation anyone?

Hi all
i'm using vdj8 and when i use the search bar it will find the song but when you try to load it just says error.
if you load track from drive with out using the search bar the same track will load okay
the way i can see round this is to ad to data base,but this has to be done every time i open vdj8 and can take a while to do
