hy guys i was dowloading some skins and find in the corner names like--dj pedro designe and other peoples name im just curios how do they put the name so it can be seen in the skin i cheked the picture of the skin you know the one that holds all the buton action slider pitc etc...and it isnt thear so if any one can help me pleas help....

you can put it on to your skin, but if someone wants to hide it they could, never made a skin before but i would imagine it will be put on the bitmap. or there could be away to embed onto the skin but then who would want to used it with another dj's name emblazoned onto it, just a thought.

The name is displayed as a textzone. With a textzone you define what font to use, what size, if it is in bold, and the text to display.

iv tried to see it on the bitmap file nothing..tried to see it in the xhml file nothing...now i wana try to put my nme in the skin or at least modify a skin so it can show my nam iv been having a batle with this one since the fist 3.0 version of VDJ.

you realise that what you do can also be taken away.... hope this helps
it may help if you pause this at certain points as i think i ran this a bit to quick for people using it the first time round...
