May all your gigs be joyfull and rockin, and bring you more booking and big tips!'
May you always have a business card and pen with you, and the Perfect Song for any special moment.
May your Mic make you sound like you've always wanted to sound....
May all your musical selections be spot on perfect, and may you never trainwreck a mix.
May you alway have the correct patch cord, or the correct adapter(s) to hook stuff up ...
May you find what you need at the DJ/Music/Hardware store on sale...
May your always get into the fastest moving line at checkout and/or at the airport
May your hotel room NOT have bedbugs !!!
May your DJ/MC/Holiday Clothes still fit . . .
May the next piece of gear/skin/plugin/sample/etc give you that feeling of " This is AWESOME, and I'm gonna rock this next party/club/crowd "
May your backups go smoothly, and you never lose your data-music-keys-wallet-gear-tickets-ride- or some hot things digits!!
Speak nicely of the other softwares out on the market, but know with VDJ you're at the top of the top.
Introduce the Joys of Virtual DJ Pro to others, and encourage them to try the demo downloads, and then encourage them to purchace the software. Tell them to invest in themselves as DJ's.
When people ask why you charge so much, tell them it's because
"I am a Professional and I am Worth it! "
Professionals are those of us that have invested hundreds and/or thousands of hours building and organizing our librarys of vinyl, music, videos and websites! and traveled tens of thousands of miles on the road or in the air getting to gigs. and climbed thousands of stairs with our gear because we forgot to ask if there were stairs! and have spent tens of thousands of dollars towards our transportation and the gear/equipment we bring and we continue to invest time and money on all of the above, still looking for that edge !
Encourage other DJ's to join the Legit Music Services, and avoid the Virus filled P2P networks.
I gotta get packed for Yet another Rockin' New Years Party !
Again, Seasons Greetings to all from Fresno California, USA
May you find pair of 42in Plasma Screens and a Video Projector under your tree, and you'll then become as happy as me..... DJTunes for 31 years and still going strong December 2010 www.djtunesofcalifornia.com and www.turntablewizard.com
P.S. I also send out lumps of coal to:
C.C.O.s = Cheap Club Ownerss that want to steal every dime from the crowd & their employees, and try to cheat you out of your hard earned and justly earned payment for services rendered. You make them and the staff Big BANK... at the door, kitchen, tables and espically at the bar, and then they want to charge you for bottled water !!! Not cool and no class....
More Coal for the Following:
The Mr. Shufflepods out in the world wrecking events, clubs, party's, and the DJ Biz in general for those of us who have made the Professional Committment.
Those Lying Salepeople at the Big Box Store that tell the Mr Shufflepods you'll rock a party with a $799. all in one Party PA dj in a box setup.! and then it blows up at the gig..... Sorry Mr Shufflepod, but the Paper Thin Gear Warranty doesn't cover abuse of the gear, or the money your owe from the ensuing lawsuit for wrecking the event. Go Big or Stay Home...
Mr Shufflepod + Bargain Gear = Disaster
Finally a few more Lumps of Coal to: Those DJ/MC/ spotlight seeking wannabees, Those who are out for a quick dollar - the shady crooks-thieves-busters-flakes-bozo's, Those lying-no talent- massive ego - overly loud - no good for nothing hacks - Lumps of Coal to them all.....
