what french music do you play at weddings?

Well having just come back from there, I was surprized to find the have a stong liking to the same music the rest of us like.
Went to a club and saw them turn on to the pop and HH tracks just like at home.

The do like their techno though.
 
Well I live smack in the middle of the most french part of Canada(Quebec) and yes the french listen to mostly english music at their events. What is the age group you will be playing for? I'll add a list later today as I am at the hospital for the afternoon. I'll make you a list of the most popular stuff that I know works for that specific type of event. Where are the french guests from? USA-France-Canada. This will help me know what will work. French from france don't listen to the same french that Canadian frenchmen listen to. In Canada french people love dancing to Disco and 50's 60's twist type music. They also like line dancing. They don't call it that here in Quebec??

the wedding was 2 weeks ago. it was great, plenty of compliments. and no problems at all.

for the next french wedding that comes along i would like to have french music for french from France.
