Topic: My Console has a Headache so am I

For the last couple of days I'm having problem with my cansole.
Everything started after I rebooted winEx.
I re-install the softward for the cansole and everything it's fine until I open
djcm. A window pop-up saying that something something happend and what ever I
was doing might get lost, do you want to sent a copy of this report to the microsoft tech or not.
and then everything closes. Eventhought, on the left right corner of the console it says "Hardware Ready". What I did was unplug the USB and re-open djcm, now it says " Hardware Disconnected"
Then I plug the USB and the danm window pop-ups again. But what's funny is that the controllers work fine but I wont be able to change the setting in the djcm, for example changing the Audio. ( Normal to Dj ) so I can preview in my headset.
Please I need help asap.

Thank you

Did you download the new drivers?
Did you change the usb port you were using?
Restart your computer without the console then connect it and see if you still have this prob

Thanks for helping andre,
But yeah, I did all that and the problems still percist.
But I just figured the problem out, I just rebooted my windows again.
That's all it took.
You know what's funny andre, look the day I posted this message, it's
the sameday " Hercules " tech people foundout about it and they still haven't
call me. Not even to say that they're working on it. I lost two and about to loose my
third gigs. Club's owners don't even know or understand much about what's happening.
Beside, all they care is to see people at the dance floor and to rely on a dj
that is capable of doing so. So far that dj aint me.

Thanks.... Dj Sev

You are welcome.....this happened a couple of times also so i just reboot and alls well.
This happened once when i was mixing and using a webcam at the same time to scratch
If you use an external hub it is more likely to happen also
Regards
Andre
