It already exists a plugin called Over-loop created from Atomix Productions.
I would like to suggest one improvement about it:
at the moment there are 5 button to select the following values:
1, 2, 4, 8 , 16 beats.
I would like developers add 1/16, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 value and also the fader about "volume_song" in order to cut the sound of the original song for letting only the overloop's sound.
