Hey,i just have a big Problem using Serato with VDJ!It works great but the BIG Problem i have is it has no Reactions on Needle Dropping,i mean i pick up the Needle and put her to the start of the record but the the track still is where i picked the needle up,the track wont start at the beginning of the Track when i put the needle back to the start!!!What is that??I think i configured all right,its on Noisemap,ABSOLUTE mode and everything,so what can be the Problem there,because at the beginning it worked like it should.......

u have set a cue if u see on bar were ity streams there will be a white line were its starting right click on it and delete it will start like normal now how this was a help to u
 
The problem may be in the version of VDJ you are using. Is it a "cracked" version?

If you are using a LEGAL copy of Vitrual DJ, Please register your software.

Everything WILL work better with legal copy.
 
no,i think thats not the problem cause i done it with the trial version,and it has full functionallity or not??
Anyone else can tell me what can cause this problem???

The trial is has limited time for time code operation to work. I want to say 20 minutes, but I admit I could be wrong.
 
so many posts and none is helpfull.... trial-version has 20min limitation for timecode-usage. But it still has all tcv-functions that the pro-version has, all the modes and so on. Cue-points arent the problem because the track keeps playing like he did put the needle on to the place where he picked it up and not at the beginning of the record....

@TC, have you made sure that all settings are the same as they were when it was working? Have you made any changes with the latency lately? Do you have other TCV so you can check if it is a Serato-vinyl-based problem? Try to uncheck and recheck absolute mode... also try to use the relative mode.... maybe then it will work.

Oh, cracked versions have a changed program-code, so IF you tried anything else than the demo or a legal version it could be the reason for not working proper.hope i could help you, peace :)
