i bought cue today, and the serial is 12 digits.
and here wants it XXX-XXX-XXXX

IMPORTANT: Please NEVER post your serial number or password in a public forum or disclose it to other users.
 
The serial you need to post is not the serial of the controller. You should have received a serial on the sleeve that that CD came in.
