twice now in the last 2 weeks towards the beginning of a bar show VDJ crashed my PC. i'll be building a playlist and it'll freeze up and just restart the computer. Afterwards windows tell me that it recovered from a serious problem. It happened tonight when i was adding a song to the playlist. any ideas??

You need to post the crash reports also which version you have and also have you disabled the usual features on your system as formentioned on the forum, may seem like i am teaching to suck eggs but surprising how many are still not aware of the conflicts caused by MS OS. This problem was recognised and addressed in 5.1 and fixed so be interesting to know if you have updated to 5.2.1.

Yes post the "crashguard report.txt" data.
You also can have a look in the Windows log events for the Windows crash report.
