Its a problem with an earlier crack version most likely ;)

Just wait for your e-service ticket to get answered, as they have the tools to help you

You have been sent a reply to your ticket.

The problem is most likely you used the limited edition serial with your pro install.

Just follow the ticket info I sent and we will get you back up and working on your MAC soon.

Great, now the Pro version is activated!

But now I can't use my RMX in the program? And I do not get any warnings at all? :s

help a newbie, pls :)

hi , i have that problem with my virtual dj that is every time i use a knob in the programe it makes a noisy sound which miss up my whole mix so plz can u help wiyh that .
thx.

you need to update all your hercules drivers if you haven't already done so, then you need to re-scan your files also if you have just updated to 5.2.1... then try these settings, if you are using an external mixer set the sound card to 4.1. great post in the tech section for more of other users different settings that may suit your set up.

Thx.. But I'm having problems with downloading news drivers on hercules website? .. they won't start, and my internet works just fine?

@hansharmlös, you will have to persevere at the hercules site, they must be having some problems, try again in a little while.

best to always make sure all connections are made before booting up.
