Topic: how to recover my serial #

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I bought the hercules a few years ago but never registered the software. Now that I want to use VDJ full time, I can't find the VDJ cd or sleeve with the serial number so I can download the newest version. I emailed Hercules but got no answer. Any suggestions?

contact support and create a support ticket
 
i have a similar problem mate, i still have my softwear cd but not the sleeve with the serial number on it, i have also created a ticket and was told to contact herculess as you have already done, i got no responce from them either so i have had to purchase the softwear again i'm currently waiting for the echeque to clear so i can download it.

Guys,
If the software was never registered with us, there is nothing we can do to help.
We can't give you something we never got back.

Contacting Hercules is the only recourse you have at this point.
Give then the serial number of the console, off the bottom, and they should be able to come up with the original serial number.

Once you do that, please register the serial in your profile so we have it for ya.

how can i recover my serial no.i bought virtual dj by internet few years ago and i dont remember anything.
the only thing i 've got is the software than cannot be open because i have an imac now.
