Will the latest version run on tiger or do I need leopard...also, has the clean database been fixed?

Yes it can be used on tiger n leopard. About the clean database, hope it will be fixed in the next version;)

Great...do you have any idea what I can do to get the db cleaned up?...it's a dang headache to keep loading songs that aren't really there ya know?
