I have been a Mac user for some time. Really like (love) the features, layout, tools and all the cool skins available for VDJ.
Understanding that VDJ was created natively for PC, and that I want to use ALL the features and tools available, i'd like to know if
VDJ on Mac platform has all the same cash and prizes.
Also PC prices are really cool in comparison to the latter.
This would be my first PC purchase, and I am not very familiar but I am willing to learn as my guess? is that VDJ was meant for PC??
Feedback please!
Thanks...
A soon to be VDJ lover...

I've used both versions and for the most part they are identical. The PC version seems a little more stable than the Mac version though. Instead of getting a new PC, why not get a new Mac and use Bootcamp to have both OSX and Windows on it?

With respect to DJderricke, the Mac version does not have all the bells and whistles that the PC version has. Less effects, less skins, and less plug-ins. Also, a huge difference is timecode stability. Generally speaking, it works on PC and it does not on Mac. For timecode on Mac, you need either the Hercules RMX or the Virtual Vinyl interface. There is a rumor out there that someone figured out how to get the Hercules MK2 to function with timecode, but that one is still a mystery to a lot of us. As for using bootcamp on a Mac, don't do it if you plan to spin video. The video out does not function properly when going to TV out in windows. VDJ was created for PC, and they do have a Mac version, but it doesn't have the same features and stability that PC has. In time, I'm sure they'll figure it all out and the Mac version will be equal to the PC version. Until then, though... do your research in the Mac support forum before you buy. It's possible that with your set up, everything will be just fine. If you have a minute, give us some more details in how you'll be using VDJ and we'll be better equipped to help give advice. As a final example, I bought VDJ for Mac in November, and they still haven't worked out the timecode issues in almost 10 months.
