Hi everyone once again,

I'm happy to say that I was able to fix the issue. I've been doing some research on google which brought me to the website of Hercules. I already tried installing the newest drivers (at least that's what I thought).

On ts.hercules.com people are able to find a lot of information about there product. I found the proper driver for my product, the DJ control mp3. By following the file as displayed on the very same website I've checked if the hardware was installed correctly, and so it was. All I had to do is to install VirtualDJ pro 5.2.1 and check the settings to see that I am able to use the controller.

I hope that this solution helps others on either this console or maybe an RMX console from Hercules.

Sorry, other users cannot send you their installation file. It's a violation of the End User License Agreement and the install is only valid for their own serial number, which they cannot share with you.

If you would like access to an earlier version of VirtualDJ, please always ask support. I have enabled a download of VDJ v5.1 for you. To download it, please go to your Download Centre.

Unfortunately I cannot help you with your Hercules DJ Console problem because I do not own and have never used one. Another teamer who has Hercules DJ console experience will assist you soon.

In the meantime, the v5.1 download I have enabled should get you back up and running again.

Thanks a lot, I have already downloaded it, just in case. And I will sure save it better this time.

As said, it works now so I hope that it stays up and running (i have no doubts about it). But I'm very happy that it's possible to ask for previous versions, i never knew that.

And with being able to ask for previous versions, i ment to support of VirtualDJ, of course.
 
Sine you are a Pro user you can submit a ticket and ask for previous versions.
 
and i have the hercules control mp3 but i couldnt find the latest drives please i want them to conect my device with virtual dj 5.2
