Presently, I have the VDJ Pro logo, as I'm a registered user here, as well as the Hercules D.J. Console (MK1). I actually have all supported Hercules products, as I'm a product rep for Hercules. I'd like to add a MK2 icon and an RMX icon to my status here. I entered the serial # from the bottom of my RMX and was told it's an "invalid number". Is there a trick to getting the system to accept it? Am I looking in the wrong place? Please advise. Thank you!

Steve maybe you should PM a teamer, I'm sure they will be able to sort it out for you.

Question for you, my friend... should I update to 5.2.1?

Well, I was very reluctant for update to 5.2.1 after the RMX pitch bend cock up in 5.2, I was happy with 5.1 anyway
But last Friday I decided to try it and home. And I can tell you it's fine now and this update has sorted all the problems out. Used it Friday night with my TCV/maya and Saturday night with my RMX and it was all good
They dev team did a quick and good fix. I would try it mate

Steve, the icons are tied to the serial numbers of the registered VirtualDJ products shipped with the Hercules products. If you have the serial for the VirtualDJ DJC Edition v5 that was packaged with the RMX then use that. As for the old MP3 Console you can try that as well; but, I don't think it will work. I will check; I think we only accept 1 or the other (MP3 vs MK2) because the products shipped were the same.

The only copy I recall getting of VDJ LE version was directly from Hercules' Beta Team. I'll have to look and see if I ever received a cd.
