Simple ...right clik on the bpm and tap along with the beat ....

There are many ways to adjust BPM.
The easier way is to use the "Edit BPM" Window (yes with a right-click on the BPM in the info song on the skin, or with a left click on the "BPM" button when it exists, or with a shortcut).
It's more precise to use the anchors than the tap.
