Topic: Any networking boffins out there

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

At work tonight, me and my workmate are going to have to try and network all our Laser machines up together.

We have 1 old machine that runs on Windows 95 (I know, how old), 2 machines that run Windows 98, 1 machine that's runs Windows NT, and 2 that run Windows XP.

Is it possible to network all these different versions of Windows up, so the machines can see one another. I'm only asking here as we need all the help we can get, as the tech guy is off on holiday.

Thought someone might give me a few pointers.

In theory yes, in practical.... hm, like history of shit and bugs from Microsoft in one place, not a pretty sight :)
Good luck anyways and keep your fingers off those laser beams :P

That's what I'm thinking mate, lol I can see it being a complete nightmare.

Well, how did it go..............................It didn't, lol

We crashed our Server a few times, so we gave up, lol
 
should never do that jimmy, not while they are serving you drinks... lol

but the tech guy gets back on Tuesday, so I think it's best to let him sort it out, We were abit out of our depth I think, lol
