Topic: Best mixer/soundcard all in one

What is the best mixer and soundcard all in one? im looking for a mixer like the dxm01 but a better one, only have about 300 to spend, if i cant get an all in one mixer then i was going to buy a behringer ddm4000 and a maya44 usb..anyone used this setup before?
