i always hear this on radios, the dj puts an acapella to an instrumental... and through out the song, he puts the singer from the instrumental and cues it in with the acapella, so its like a remix

its a track from a recod pool. I get them all the time .

It's not a magic, its just a very good Dj using more than 2 decks at a time, you can do that as well if you're a good timer and engage yourself in more practice.
