I am pretty a straight forward dj, but I came across your demo and I very impressed.
How do one get into djiing with videos? If I start playing videos I can have an excuse to raise my prices.
Thanks

I am not Larry but I can tell you this
Getting into Video mixing takes "money" and patience
Money to acquire the vids....
money to setup up the perfect machine
Projector...... screens.. .etc.. depending on where u now will be playing (big bucks here) more equipment to carry around too
patience enough - time to acquire the vids (smashvidz, promo only) recommended (this is where the real expense is)
Time - to rip from dvds to files
Time to probably learn to edit......edit the vids (take out skits, replace with original audio etc) (oh the rendering....lots and lots of time)
What I am simply saying is that after you go through all this... you better make sure you get properly paid for what u are doing. So seems fair that the rate will go up exponentially (that is if your customer can afford it too)
