recording with VDJ .. honestly sucks at the moment
only 320*240.... no sync at all
there are other options.. you can record directly to a stand alone dvd then rip back to computer
or better yet.. if u have d dough you can record to the archos

So using camtasia, I would have to select an area of the screen to record what i'm mixing on VDJ? I have the camtasia software, just never really used it. Would i be able to record the audio and video mix? What is the best way you think? thx for your help, I do appreciate it.

Ok, so i figured out how to record the video mix with Camtasia, but only some of my existing video clips will show up as video on VDJ. Only the audio is playing. The one I got to work is the same format as the others an AVI file. I have tried converting some to different sizes and other formats all to no avail. Is theere a reason why one clip works and another similar one won't. Please help , i'm getting frustrated, lol.
