whats new?? from what I can tell

1. Now we can lock the sample rate at 44.1 or 48khz (I believe that it may cut down on the pops and clicks since the usb sound card does not have to upsample to 48 khz - somebody correct me if I am wrong)
2. ASIO drivers : Some VST plugins issues have been fixed.

So far so good. It's either the new driver or the Win2k OS

anyone else notice less pops and clicks?

Now that I can lock it at 44.1 I hear less noise?

I still hear very very faint clicks when scratching but overall seems better.

An engineer buddy of mine told me this once and if I understood him corrrectly: all mp3s ripped from CD are recorded at 44.1Khz, if you up sample it to 48khz, the sound quality can suffer in the sample rate conversion. If I am not correct I will recieve an email shortly as he montors this board but never replies
