Ok say I load a track with 3.5% pitch up on my turntable in relative mode, and I also have "Pitch Reset on Load" = "Disabled" in the Settings menu. Vdj still starts the track at 0% or orginal speed instead of at 3.5%. My question is, is that normal operation for relative mode in vdj or is there a way for the track to start @ 3.5% or whatever current pitch of the turntable while in relative mode.

Yes jimmy b that was disabled, thanks.
Vdj was just acting wierd... It seems like some options dont take effect until after restart....even though early today I restarted vdj and it was still acting the same..
Tonight I fired up vdj and it is working like it should - when I load up a song in relative mode, it is starting whatever pitch speed that is set on the turntables. Problem solved :)
