what do you mean by compatible? what would you want to do with it?

Apart from what would you want to do with it other than use your bluetooth enabled PDA or Smartphone to control VDJ, I think you would experience reliability issues mainly latency with BT

I want to know if i can use this for work so i could be wireless (but i guess you are right there will be a big amount of latency)

It would be a great idea... i saw some guy on a party, his computer has been locked (password on windows), and he was sitting 30m from the computer and playing music over his PDA (bluetooth)...
He did'nt using VDJ, i thing he was using WinAmp... If it's that simple that winamp can use Bluetooth, why not Virtual DJ?!!?
If you implement this, i will by both, bluetooth and VDJ :)

that doesn't necesarilly mean he was using bluetooth infact it's more than likely that if he was using Winamp it would have just been a wireless 802.11b pda on pocket pc.
