Topic: Playlist bug in 5.1 Windows version

Hi all,

Noticed this a couple of times now ....

When using the playlist on the right side of the screen as a "waitlist" of tracks to be played, sometimes when clicking on a track with the mouse it will disappear then reappear randomly. If you click in the track that has replaced the disappeared one it will load the one that is missing.

Can someone else please test this and tell me I'm not going mad ......

P.S. the playlist is not a saved one, just tracks dragged over from the archive

OK, since no-one has replied, maybe it's a problem specific to my setup.

I have tried various skins and the same thing happens.

Fill the side playlist with tracks, randomly click some of them (or right click then go back to playlist) and a track disappears.

Does anyone have a contact email for tech support so I can forward this bug to them?
 
Please do not take this the wrong way Kieth, have you read over the manual? It has the answers to many questions like this one. Personally I use the sidelist on the bottom of the browser to act in the way you describe, so I have not experienced what you have. Either way, I would encourage you too read the manual...I hope that helps...T
 
I have read the manual at least 3 or 4 times now. This must be a bug. Can someone please confirm if it happens to them or is it my install only.

There's no point having the playlist there if it doesn't work properly.

I'm not being nasty here, but I have just changed from a DJ software company that used any BS excuse not to deal with program bugs. I'm hoping VDJ is different.

I use the playlist and can tell you that when you first click on a song, it will
look as though it is deleted. However just keep the mouse clicked and
drag it to the deck.
 
I have not noticed this.
