Topic: Corss fader scratching sound

Hey Guys,

When I mix using the cross faders it causes a scratching noise...which is quite irritating when everything is spot on but the scratching noise comes through!

Any ideas how to fix this?

It could be because you have the setting to high on your config menu. When i up mine to much my laptop can't handle it and makes a scratching noise when trying to use the crossfader.
 
Probably it's that. Maybe first try to put your latency to "auto" and see if that helps it :)

funnily enough this actually turned out to be the skin I am using..If I change the skin the scraching sound goes if I change it back it comes back...weird!! skin: mix station SV 04
