Unless you have a few 64 bit apps (and drivers), stick with the 32 bit flavor.
 
Have to agree, you wont find very many soundcards with 64 bit drivers.
 
This is a good question....will VDJ/CUE work if it's installed on a 64 bit OS?
 
64 is much faster but its better to get 32. I had to take my brand new laptop back to best buy last week for an exchange because my serato box would not support 64
