hi more problems with the pro edition

it wont record i already searched this site and dl the LAME that is required.

What could I be doing wrong.
Can someone walk me through the steps.
How do I know when it has dl correct

am using xp i dropped the file in my c:programfile/vdj and still not working do i need to run and install something

If i re download the pro editon do I loose all my bpm counts on my external HD
