Ohh no!
I thought you began it at last days.

Did somebody know when DJCel will start code the next version? He said it too at march in an other thread, that he would do it next time. But nothing happened since then.

I didnt know whats so difficult to do it or to recode the previous version for the hercules mkII. Only some more buttons and faders on the rmx. Nothing else.

Or could somebody help to code it in Midi?
I dont know how to insert the shift function, to put more than one command to one controller (like the effekt-button modulator with the Jogwheel).

here is my actual Midi-Version

Don't panic guys, it won't take me long to do.

What would make it easier would be if you guys can all come to an agreement on what button you what to do what, what button could act as a shift (a button can be a function button and a shift button).

Regards,

Scott

scott i'm just happy you are taking time out to even do this so i can wait until it's convenient to you, the things i would like to see to start the pot off are... buttons 1 - 6 either side to control corresponding 12 squares in clipbank as a quick on off over ride for situations that may arise at a gig, and having the right jog wheel as a second video slider, thats my two for the wish list... cheers

I only want to use the 3 faders (Volume Deck A, Master Volume, Volume Deck B) as bassfader, mediumfader, highfader as example. All other original functions are ok for me til now ;-)

I wouldn't mind the Buttons numbered 9 and 10 changed to the pitch bend buttons for the left deck and buttons, 33 and 34 for the right deck.

Because at the moment I don't use them

That was really the reason for me too

Yeah Scott! Thats the only thing i want to change. I used it for mixing with my Midi code above, and its better to use the Faders for EQ as the Knobs, i mean. But with the Midi-Code i'm not able to use the Soundeffekt-modulation too.
For this reason i want a mapping to realize that.

I sure hope not, I don't see why it wasn't fully customizable in the first place anyway.

Because this is the way Hercules wants it. VDJ will not change the way Hercules wants their hardware mapped out....

Thats really the wrong way. The DJ Console RMX is nothing other as a midi-controller. If there is no way to change the Button-, Fader- or Knobconfiguration, i will sell it.

Really no good Service from Hercules, and i couldnt undertand this! I am very angry about it!

There is a way of mapping it out yourself, but it requires you using the Midi option in the Remote control tab instead of the mk2 icon.

But if you do map it this way, also it's basic, I think you lose the lights on the unit,

Yeah jimmy b. Thanks for your answer!

I ve posted the midi-code above (2nd post on site 3 of this thread) which i use til now. But there is no way for me, to use the wheels for effect modulate (with the rmx remote you must press - hold down the knob for the wanted effect and use at the same time the wheel1 or wheel2 for modulating the effect).

So i have to use 2 Controls together, and i dont know to realise it in the midi code.

The loosing lights on the console is ok for me. But I want to modulate the effects with the Console.
