my computer dose not reconigize my icdx controler whats up

OK, need to give a little more info than that.

Did you follow the directions in the manual for putting the controller in HID mode?
 


This will explain it more.

NB in 5.07 images are now used instead of tickboxes on remotes right click on the image of the icdx and choose enable.
