Topic: Saving Playlist in Virtual Dj

where do i do this in the side list or the playlist

You can do it from both. However, the easiest is the Playlist. Once you create the list of tracks select on the playlist menu (second graphic on left edge of list) and select the Save option. Now, you name your list and it is saved to the My Documents -> VirtualDJ -> Playlist folder. You can view those saved lists from within VirtualDJ from the left Navigation Panel - by clicking on Playlist.
