anyway to do this when the bottom squares dont line up with the other songs squares

press my name, and look in my blog, on how to align the dots to the beats manually, when VDJ gets them wrong :)
 
silly place for a request, i know. but was there any thought by development that the CBGs could be made into varying sized triangles instead of rectangles? would be nice the points of a triangle could be aligned instead of the left edge of a rectangle
 

thats a pretty good idea actually...
